These Terms explain how you may use nicheparcel.com and purchase and use NicheParcel's digital resources. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy. Product descriptions and the product-specific licence available before payment form part of your order. A licence delivered with the files will not retrospectively reduce the rights described when you bought the product.

1. Who operates NicheParcel

NicheParcel is a digital products brand owned and operated by SunSolar Power Systems, an Indian sole proprietorship. SunSolar Power Systems is the seller and merchant of record for NicheParcel purchases. NicheParcel is not a separate incorporated entity.

Business address: SunSolar Power Systems, Suite 312, 3rd Floor, Kokapet Terminal Complex, Gandipet Main Road, Narsingi, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075, India.

Email: [email protected]. Telephone: +91 9866602001. GSTIN: 36ANGPG2596L1ZL.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website, you agree to the terms relevant to that use. Before placing a paid order, you must have a reasonable opportunity to read these Terms and affirmatively confirm your purchase. Browsing or selecting an optional product does not by itself authorise a payment.

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to purchase directly. A parent or legal guardian may purchase in their own name for permitted use by a younger person and remains responsible for that purchase. Do not submit false information or act for someone without authority. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law makes non-excludable.

3. Our products and current checkout status

NicheParcel offers downloadable digital products, which may include spreadsheets, templates, guides, prompts and other resources. The individual product page identifies the included files, features, permitted use and important limitations. Images may illustrate a product; read the actual contents and compatibility details before buying. Resources do not guarantee revenue, profits, rankings, business results or professional outcomes.

Current website status: the existing checkout and offer flow are previews. They do not currently collect payment, create a paid order or automatically deliver purchased files. Preview selections are not completed purchases. The purchase, payment and fulfilment provisions below apply when live purchasing is enabled and a real order is successfully completed. We will not treat a preview click as permission to charge you.

4. Orders, prices and taxes

Review the product, currency, licence, final amount and delivery details before confirming. Prices are one-time charges unless the offer expressly describes a recurring arrangement. Any optional add-on or separate offer requires your affirmative choice; declining it does not remove a product already purchased.

The final payment step must display the total payable and identify applicable taxes and any compulsory or optional charges. We will not add an undisclosed charge after confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or cross-border fees, outside our control; check with that provider if relevant.

If a material listing or price error affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact you to explain it and offer an appropriate correction or refund. We will not require you to pay an increased amount without your agreement. We may reject an order for a legitimate reason, such as a failed payment, substantiated fraud risk or inability to supply, subject to applicable law and any required refund.

5. Razorpay and the merchant name

When enabled for an approved NicheParcel offering, payments will be processed through Razorpay using SunSolar Power Systems' existing merchant account. SunSolar Power Systems may appear on Razorpay checkout, invoices, transaction records and payment confirmations. This is the same business operating NicheParcel; we do not disguise or replace Razorpay's merchant identity.

Available payment methods depend on Razorpay, the merchant account, your location and the issuing institution. A payment authorisation or bank debit alone does not necessarily establish a captured successful payment. We confirm status against the payment record. Never send us a card PIN, CVV, banking password or one-time password. Refunds and payment disputes are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable payment-provider procedures.

6. Digital delivery and access

Products are supplied electronically; no physical shipment is included unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise. The Digital Delivery Policy explains the actual delivery method, supported formats, help process and any disclosed access conditions. For live purchases, we commit to digital delivery within 24 hours after successful payment. If that does not happen, you may request a refund for the affected product. Automatic fulfillment must be configured and tested before live purchasing is activated; the current preview does not accept orders.

Provide an accurate delivery email and retain your order reference. Check compatibility and download instructions. Any download limits, expiry dates or account requirements must be disclosed before purchase; these Terms do not create an undisclosed limit. A failed delivery or inaccessible file does not remove your remedies. Contact us for assistance.

7. Your licence: what you may use

You purchase a licence to use the supplied resource, rather than all intellectual-property rights in it. Unless the product-specific licence disclosed before payment expressly grants broader rights, the licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to you or the purchasing business for its own internal use. You may save reasonable backups and edit an editable template for that permitted purpose.

Personal-use permission does not automatically include client work, use across unrelated businesses or sale of resulting content. Commercial-use permission, when expressly granted, is limited by that product's stated scope. Internal use in your own bakery, for example, does not by itself allow selling or giving away the workbook. Where a product expressly permits customer-facing output, that permission applies to the stated finished output, not automatic redistribution of the underlying template.

Check the licence before using assets in advertising, client deliverables, merchandise, paid products or a public template library. Contact us before purchase if your intended use is unclear. We will not retrospectively reduce rights already granted for your purchased version except where required by law or necessary to address a substantiated third-party rights issue, with appropriate remedies.

8. Restrictions and intellectual property

Unless expressly authorised in the applicable written licence, do not resell, sublicense, share, upload, redistribute or publish the source files, templates, prompts or substantial parts of the resource. Do not offer them as PLR, MRR, resale-rights or competing download products. Editing, translating or adding your branding does not alone create those rights. Do not remove notices, bypass access protections or claim you created our original materials.

NicheParcel and its licensors retain their respective rights. Third-party fonts, photographs, software, trademarks and other components remain subject to their own applicable terms. A third-party licence does not necessarily permit onward transfer. Nothing here transfers rights we do not own or lawfully control, or restricts uses that the law permits without permission.

9. AI-assisted materials

We may use AI tools when developing products or supporting content. AI assistance does not mean that a resource is individually tailored, wholly human-authored, legally cleared for every use or error-free. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other material or unsuitable for a particular context.

Review and adapt content before relying on it, publishing it or supplying it to clients. Independently check calculations, factual claims, licences and regulated advice. We do not promise exclusive copyright, uniqueness, unrestricted commercial rights or protection against every third-party claim in AI-generated material. The express product licence controls the rights we grant, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

10. Responsible use, accounts and support

Use resources lawfully and keep your device, software and backups suitable for the stated requirements. Do not use the website to distribute malware, infringe rights, interfere with security or impersonate others. Do not submit confidential or personal information about others without a lawful basis.

The current preview does not provide customer accounts. If accounts are introduced, their requirements will be disclosed. You will be responsible for accurate account details and protecting login credentials. We do not promise ongoing updates, lifetime hosting, future products or support in every application unless the relevant offer expressly includes them. A product description and any mandatory remedies take priority over a general limitation here.

11. Refunds, warranties and responsibility

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the final-sale rule for ordinary change of mind, the refund available if delivery is not completed within 24 hours of successful payment, and remedies for duplicate payments and defective, incorrect or undelivered products. Downloading does not automatically remove mandatory rights. No general disclaimer excludes a promise expressly made in a product description or a remedy required by law.

Resources provide general information and tools. They do not replace individual legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. To the extent law permits, we do not warrant uninterrupted website availability or suitability beyond the product's stated purpose and specifications. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for a particular purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, and we exclude indirect or consequential business losses. This does not limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded, obligations that cannot be limited by law, or mandatory consumer remedies. It does not excuse failure to deliver what was agreed.

12. Misuse, access restrictions and claims

We may proportionately restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, substantiated fraud or a material licence breach. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond or correct it. We will not arbitrarily remove paid entitlements or use a restriction to avoid a valid refund or complaint.

Where legally appropriate, you are responsible for third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful use or deliberate infringement of another person's rights. Any reimbursement obligation is limited to reasonable, substantiated losses attributable to that conduct; it does not cover our own fault or override mandatory consumer protections. Notify us of a claim and cooperate reasonably; do not agree to obligations on our behalf.

13. Law, complaints and changes

Indian law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before competent courts, consumer commissions or other legally available bodies. We do not require you to waive a lawful forum or agree to mandatory arbitration through these Terms. You may contact us first for practical resolution, without losing legal rights.

Consumer grievance officer: Abhinav Gorantala, Grievance Officer. Email [email protected]; telephone +91 9866602001; postal address above. We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and redress them within one month of receipt, as required by the applicable Indian e-commerce rules. We provide a complaint reference for tracking. These grievance periods are distinct from bank refund-credit times.

We may update these Terms for future use or orders and show the revised effective date. A material update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Keep a copy of the terms and licence applicable to your order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Questions: visit Contact Us.
