1. Who is responsible for your information
NicheParcel is a digital products brand owned and operated by SunSolar Power Systems, an Indian sole proprietorship. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SunSolar Power Systems operating NicheParcel at nicheparcel.com. We decide how information is used for our website, customer support and, once enabled, sales and digital delivery.
Contact us at [email protected], call +91 98666 02001, or write to SunSolar Power Systems, Suite 312, 3rd Floor, Kokapet Terminal Complex, Gandipet Main Road, Narsingi, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075, India. Privacy and grievance contact details appear below.
2. What is active on this website
The current website is a product and checkout preview. Its name and email checkout fields are disabled. It does not accept payments, register customer accounts or automatically deliver purchased files. Product previews do not place an order.
We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the website. The site serves its fonts from our own website files. We have not installed visitor analytics, advertising pixels or marketing tracking in this version. Google Search Console is used to manage search visibility; it is not an installed visitor analytics tool.
The purchase-related sections below explain the intended process when live sales are enabled. Before that happens, the payment and delivery services, notices and settings must match the actual implementation. This policy does not make a preview payment or download function operational.
3. Information we handle
When you browse: Cloudflare and the network services delivering the site process technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, request time, response and security information. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection of the website. This is different from installing marketing trackers.
When you contact us: We receive the name, email address, telephone number or other contact details you choose to provide, your message and relevant attachments. Give only information needed to answer your request. Do not send card numbers, CVV, passwords, OTPs, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
When live purchases are enabled: The order process will need contact and delivery details, purchased items, price, currency, applicable tax or invoice details, order reference, payment status, transaction references, refund information and records needed to establish delivery or access. An enabled download system may record link creation, expiry and access events for fulfillment and misuse prevention. The checkout notice will identify required and optional fields.
We do not provide an AI chat, upload or generation service on this website. Selling AI-assisted resources does not mean your messages or purchase information are automatically sent to an AI model.
4. Why we use information
We use relevant information to deliver the website, answer inquiries, investigate technical issues, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Once sales are enabled, necessary purchase information will also be used to process and reconcile payments, supply the purchased files, issue confirmations or invoices, resolve refunds and disputes, and maintain required accounting records.
We do not treat browsing or buying as permission to send promotional email. If marketing subscriptions are introduced, we will provide a separate choice and a way to unsubscribe. Transactional messages about a purchase or support request are separate from optional marketing.
Where applicable law requires consent, we will request it for the specified purpose. Where another legal ground is available, we use it only where its conditions are met. Declining information necessary to fulfill an order may prevent that order from being completed; optional marketing is not a condition of purchase.
5. Razorpay and other recipients
For approved live sales, payments are intended to be processed through Razorpay using SunSolar Power Systems’ merchant account. SunSolar Power Systems may appear as the merchant on checkout, invoices and payment confirmations. Razorpay and the relevant banks or payment networks process payment information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. See Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.
Payment credentials must be entered only into the payment provider’s approved interface. Our intended integration uses payment references and status information for orders; we do not ask customers to send full card credentials to our support team.
Information needed to run the service may be handled by hosting and security providers, email and support providers, an enabled delivery platform, professional advisers and authorities where lawfully required. Currently, Cloudflare is the verified website provider; see its Privacy Policy. Our support mailbox provider handles email messages you choose to send us. Additional order-storage, purchase-email and fulfillment providers will be described before those integrations go live; you can contact us about the recipients relevant to your request. We have not enabled an advertising audience-sharing integration or a sale of customer information.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The current site application does not set analytics, advertising or preference cookies, or store customer data in browser local storage. Hosting or security services may use technologies necessary for delivery or protection, depending on their active configuration.
If optional analytics or advertising tools are added, we will first explain the provider, purpose, information involved and available choices, and obtain consent where required. A consent choice, where needed, will allow refusal and withdrawal. Your browser can also block or delete cookies; blocking necessary technologies may affect a service you request.
7. Storage, retention and security
We operate from India. Our providers may process information in other countries. We do not promise that every website request or future customer record is stored exclusively in India. International processing must be assessed against applicable transfer requirements before additional services are activated.
We retain information only for a legitimate, stated purpose and any applicable legal retention requirement. Relevant criteria include resolving an inquiry, completing delivery, handling a refund or dispute, accounting and tax obligations, and security investigations. Records subject to a legal hold cannot be deleted simply because deletion is requested. Information no longer needed for these purposes is subject to deletion or anonymisation, taking account of applicable law and provider backup arrangements.
The website uses HTTPS. No internet service is completely secure. HTTPS protects the website connection; it is not a guarantee about every device, email service or record held elsewhere. Payment credentials should remain with the approved payment interface. Additional access controls, provider agreements, retention settings and incident procedures must be verified before live customer processing begins.
8. Privacy choices and requests
Contact [email protected] with the subject “NicheParcel privacy request”. Describe the information and action involved. You may ask about our use of your information, request access or correction, ask for deletion where permitted, withdraw an applicable consent, or raise a complaint. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority before releasing or changing records. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary.
Rights depend on the law that applies and may be limited by obligations to retain information or protect others. We will explain a refusal or limitation where required. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and does not automatically erase transaction records we must retain.
As of 23 October 2026, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 have phased commencement. Most operational duties and individual rights are scheduled for 13 May 2027, including applicable access, correction, erasure, grievance and nomination rights. Applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011 remain relevant during the transition. Future DPDP rights are not yet universally in force. The official commencement notification sets out these phases.
9. Customers outside India
EU/EEA or UK data protection rules may apply when the conditions for their territorial application are met, including relevant offers to people there or monitoring their behaviour. Website accessibility alone does not establish every international obligation.
Where these rules apply, available rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. You can object to direct marketing. The relevant regulator, including an EU/EEA supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner, may receive your complaint. We respond within the applicable legal period, ordinarily one month under applicable EU/UK rules, subject to lawful qualifications or extensions. International sales require assessment of lawful grounds, notices, processor contracts, transfer safeguards and any representative requirement before launch.
10. Children
NicheParcel’s sales and business resources are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not offer child accounts or intentionally solicit children’s personal information. We have not implemented age or parental-consent verification. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. If children’s processing is introduced, the required safeguards and notices must be established first.
